- - Level of study: Undergraduate or postgraduate - Descent: Open to all nationalities, but priority will be given to Hong Kong students - Academic excellence: Applicants must have achieved a high level of academic performance in their previous studies - Membership requirements: Applicants must be or become members of the UCL Hong Kong Alumni Network - Financial need may also be considered - Must have a strong personal statement demonstrating commitment to the Hong Kong community and/or potential to be a future leader in Hong Kong - Must meet the minimum entry requirements for the program of study at UCL - Scholarship covers partial tuition fees and may also include a maintenance stipend - Recipients will be expected to actively participate in alumni activities and support the
