- Complete Amherst College Writing Supplement.
- Pay $65 non-refundable Application Fee or request a Fee Waiver through the Common Application, Coalition Application, or Amherst's Quick Pass.
- Provide School Report.
- Submit Secondary School Transcript.
- Obtain College Counselor/Guidance Counselor Recommendation.
- Obtain two Teacher Recommendations from English, Math, Science, Social Studies, or Foreign Language teachers.
- Optional: Submit self-reported or official scores for SAT or ACT.
- Early Decision applicants must sign the Early Decision Agreement.
- Early Decision applicants must provide first marking period grades from senior year.
- Submit the Mid-Year School Report Form as soon as first trimester/first semester grades are available.
