- 1. Undergraduate applicants must complete either a Cal State Apply application or submit transcripts if they attended school outside of the U.S. 2. U.S. coursework must be entered on the Cal State Apply application for applicants who have attended school in the U.S. 3. A copy of international transcripts must be mailed for applicants who attended school outside of the U.S. 4. A $70 non-refundable application filing fee must be paid at the time of application submission. 5. Instructions for payment can be found on Cal State Apply. 6. Transcripts from schools outside of the U.S. will be used to assess academic profile. 7. U.S. coursework does not need to be entered if it was completed outside of the U.S.
