- Completion of a university-preparatory secondary/high school program with a GPA of 3.0 (B in the U.S. system) or "Very Good"
- Passing grades (C or better, or the equivalent) in university-preparatory mathematics courses including beginning algebra, geometry, and intermediate algebra
