- Admission Requirements for 'Geographic Information Science' Program:
- Complete all college preparatory courses with a grade of C or higher before high school graduation.
- Graduate from high school by Spring term before Fall enrollment.
- Complete transcripts from all past institutions attended.
- Provide SAT/ACT scores.
- Non-STEM major: 2.5 GPA or higher in college preparatory subjects and minimum 3,200 "CSULB Index."
- STEM major: 3,600 minimum "STEM Index," which is higher than CSU system-wide eligibility.
- Non-STEM major: 3.0 GPA or higher in college preparatory subjects and minimum 3,500 "CSULB Index."
