- An official transcript from each undergraduate and graduate institution attended.
- A letter of intent discussing career goals, reasons for applying to Clark Atlanta University, and qualifications for admission.
- Three recommendation letters: two from former instructors and one from an employer or supervisor.
- A 10-page writing sample demonstrating academic preparation for graduate studies.
- Cashier's check or money order for application fee (payable to Clark Atlanta University): $40 for domestic applicants, $55 for international applicants.
- Dean of Students Certification form from the last institution attended (only required if institution was attended within the last two years).
