- Freshman applicants should submit their secondary school (high school) transcript. If you have completed college/university coursework you will need to submit all post-secondary transcript(s).
- Submit official academic record(s).
- Transcripts from outside the United States require an official course-by-course evaluation to be sent to Fairmont State University from one of the credentialing services listed below.
- Evaluations must include a statement of U.S. high school or college equivalency.
- Applicant must submit proof of financial support for the first academic year of tuition and living expenses (must be in U.S. dollar format and translated to English).
