- Submit a CSS Profile from the College Board.
- If you are a transfer student, download and complete the Dean of Student Affairs Recommendation form.
- Submit one official copy of transcripts from all secondary and post-secondary academic work, translated into English by the school and bearing the school's seal and signature of an appropriate school official.
- Non-native English speakers must submit an official score report.
- Transcripts can be uploaded through the Common Application or sent directly from the school in a sealed envelope to Hendrix College.
