- Must be enrolled in Ostrow's Periodontology Program.
- Must have earned a dental degree (DDS, DMD, BDS or equivalent) prior to matriculation.
- For U.S. applicants, the dental degree must be from an ADA-accredited university in the United States.
- For international applicants, the dental degree must be from a Ministry of Education accredited institution.
- Official transcripts and translations must be submitted directly by the school or a certified translator.
- Applicants must meet the academic requirements for the BITE MS program.
