- Completion of LEAP level 4 TOEFL Waiver Track with satisfactory results
- Graduation from a school in a country where English is the official language for higher education (no English proficiency required)
- Proficiency in English required for international degree-seeking applicants from non-English speaking countries, without a diploma from a U.S. senior high school accredited by the department of education
- English proficiency can be demonstrated by meeting threshold scores on approved proficiency tests, such as SAT
